A CARF Accredited profider assures the highest quality services possible. SDL, continuously accredited by CARF since 1992, was re-accredited May 2010 at the highest level of accreditation–3 years.
Life Assist is an SDL Case Management, LLC program. The Following SDL Programs were awarded CARF accreditation with stipulations: Case Management Services for adults, integrated and mental health; Community Housing for adults, integrated and mental health.

June 24^th, 2010 I am thrilled to announce SDL Case Management, LLC (LifeAssist^TM) has been re-accredited as of May 2010 by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) for 3 years, which is the highest level of accreditation awarded by CARF. The CARF surveyors were extremely impressed by our program services during their 3 day evaluation. Their laudatory report highlighted the following: “Dedicated personnel at all levels of the organization who are committed to the mission.” “Committed to continuous improvement of service delivery.” “Staff members consistently provide adults with mental illness, addictions, and co-occurring disorders and their family members with top quality services, which form a secure and enduring basis for continued growth to recovery and stabilization.” “The ability for persons served to move easily between programs depending on level of support necessary is strength of the organization.” “Attention to person-centered services and rapid responsiveness to individual and family needs were readily apparent when talking with members and their support staff…The members express a high level of satisfaction and are grateful for the services.” CARF is an international, independent, nonprofit accreditation organization for health and human services. CARF provides accreditation services worldwide. Providers that meet CARF standards have demonstrated a commitment to being among the best available. Only about 5,500 organizations nationwide of over 40,000 eligible ones are CARF accredited. LifeAssist^TM brings innovative and effective life coaching and assistance to adults (18 & older) experiencing persistent psychiatric, psychological and co-occurring disorders. LifeAssist^TM supports independent living in an apartment within the community. LifeAssist^TM coordinates all the necessary support services required to sustain a stable recovery. 	The Life Assist program is designed to help individuals living with persistent behavioral health or substance abuse issues make an effective transition toward independent living. The program combines life skills, community living, education, vocational training, and community in a caring, nurturing environment that fosters independence. Your Life Assist Coach will coordinate your support team consisting of therapists, vocational counselors, CASAC Counselors and psychiatrist as part of your team. The team meets once a week to discuss your individualized treatment plan and goals. The Life Assist program offers levels of care that meet individual needs.
